ISO 12312-2 Certified, Made in USA Eclipse Glasses
The next solar eclipse will take place on 12 August 2026. It will be a spectacular total eclipse in portions of Greenland, Iceland, Spain, and a tiny piece of northeastern Portugal. It will be visible as a partial eclipse in most of Europe, as well as portions of west Africa and northern North America.
Prior to any eclipse, there is always a shortage of eclipse glasses, which are necessary to safely view the eclipse. For example, the last major eclipse in the U.K. was in 2015, and this news report tells how "thousands of people were at a loss yesterday when nowhere seemed to be selling them."
The glasses are very inexpensive now and in great supply. If you order now, you'll be sure to avoid disappointment. And if you own a business, you can be prepared to be selling the most popular item!
All of our products are made in the USA and comply with the ISO 12312-2 international safety standard. They are manufactured by the two leading manufacturers of eclipse glasses. American Paper Optics and Rainbow Symphony. We are proud to be listed on the American Astronomical Society's (AAS) website as a reputable vendor of products that are safe when used properly. For more information on safe eclipse viewing, visit the NASA website.
At this time, we are shipping glasses made by Rainbow Symphony. We have some American Paper Optics glasses in stock, and if you prefer those, please contact us regarding availability.
If you are looking for eclipse glasses that are made in China, we are very sorry, but we don't sell them.
If you are a retailer, we are currently selling packages of 200 eclipse glasses. The price with shipping is $240 in the United States, or $300 in other countries. This includes free Priority Mail shipping. If you need a different quantity, please contact us. The quantity of 200 fits in a medium Priority Mail box, and is the most economical choice for shipping.
If you wish, we can list your business on our local retailer page.
These glasses are made with lenses of 2 mil scratch resistant polymer (black/silver). They filter out 100% of harmful ultra-violet and infrared rays, and 99.999% of visible light.
