ISO 12312-2 Certified, Made in USA Eclipse Glasses
We ship from Minnesota. Therefore, it is now too late to mail glasses by regular mail. It's very unlikely that they will arrive in time. If you are in Minnesota and want to get them in person, please contact us. It is also too late for Canadian orders.
If you are in the Northeastern United States and want glasses, there are two options. You can order via Priority Mail at the links below, and as long as you order on Tuesday, you will probably receive them on time.
If you want guaranteed delivery, you can still order by Express Mail. Before we mail, we will make sure that the U.S. Postal Service can guarantee delivery. If you are in New York, Boston, or another large city, we can probably get guaranteed delivery until Thursday afternoon. If delivery is not guaranteed, we will cancel your order and immediately refund your purchase.
If your Express Mail order does not arrive by Friday night, you will get a full refund. When the package does arrive, you should accept delivery. (If you send it back, then the USPS will not honor their guarantee, and we won't be able to refund.) You can keep the glasses or dispose of them. Then, notify us, and we will refund your purchase price. So even if you're not sure, there's no risk, as long as you order by Express Mail.
We are your source for safe eclipse glasses for the partial eclipse of March 29, 2025 in northeastern North America and Western Europe. In North America, it will be a sunrise eclipse. At this time, shipping is by Priority Mail and Express Mail only.
The next really big eclipse will be the Total Eclipse in 2026, visible from Iceland and Spain.

Both brands are high quality, are made in the USA, and meet the same high safety standards. If you are looking for eclipse glasses that are made in China, we are very sorry, but we don't sell them.
These glasses are made with lenses of 2 mil scratch resistant polymer (black/silver). They filter out 100% of harmful ultra-violet and infrared rays, and 99.999% of visible light. They create a sharp solar image with natural orange color. They are ISO 12312-2 compliant and CE certified. They have been independently tested and are safe for all phases of the eclipse. Warnings and instructions are pre-printed on the back. Full instructions, as well as links to the ISO and CE certifications, can be found on the manufacturer's website.
The next solar eclipse visible on Earth will be the partial eclipse of March 29, 2025, which will be visible in northeastern North America and western Europe.
Thanks to our free shipping by mail, ours is one of the lowest, or the lowest, price you will find for ISO certified eclipse glasses.
A diffraction grating is similar to a prism--it breaks light up into its component wavelengths, producing a rainbow. So if you want to see a rainbow, but the weather isn't cooperating, you can look through the diffraction grating, or use it to project light onto a surface. The advantage of a diffraction grating is the size. It's the same size as a photographic slide, so you can keep it in your pocket.
It's a fun little toy to play with, and you and your kids can do a lot of interesting scientific experiments, such as the ones on this website. But there's another reason why you want one!
When I was a kid, I discovered in the school library a book entitled UFOs and IFOs: A Factual Report on Flying Saucers, by Gardner Soule. As the title suggests, it was a scholarly (for elementary school kids) look at the UFO phenomenon. And I remember that the author suggested that you carry some things with you at all times, just in case you ever see a UFO. I believe he recommended a pen and paper to jot down notes and make a sketch. And I remember that a small compass would come in handy to see if the UFO had any magnetic effects.
Maybe I carried around a compass, but I could never find the other piece of equipment he recommended: A diffraction grating. If you ever see a UFO, you should look at it through a diffraction grating. By noting which colors are present, you will allow scientists to figure out what materials the UFO is made out of, through the process of atomic spectroscopy. With your data, scientists will be able to figure out if the UFO is made of the element unobtainium, found only on the planet Zontar, or if it's actually just aluminum from an airplane door that popped out.
A few months ago, most people didn't know that they would need eclipse glasses, and they waited until it was too late. Well, there might be a flood of UFO reports. People will remember Gardner Soule's advice, and start looking for diffraction gratings. But they'll be out of stock. Just like you were prepared and ordered your eclipse glasses early, act now to get your diffraction grating, for only $3.99, with free shipping. Just click the "buy now" button below.
